What is the minimum quantity to get the wholesaler price?

Each product has its own specific minimum order quantity that differs with other products. Please contact us to get more information about the MOQ of the product you want.

Can I order a product that I designed by myself with my own specifications?

Do you have a showroom?

Currently, our showrooms only exist in Indonesia, in the provinces of Bali and East Java. In other countries we don’t have a showroom yet.

Do you inspect all your goods before delivery?

Our commitment to quality is evident in our meticulous four-stage quality control process, which includes post-production frame inspection, post-powder coating assessment, post-weaving evaluation, and final quality control before packaging and delivery.

How do you pack my goods?

We pack every product according to the packaging standard of international shipment. Customers must use the container cargo to ship their goods.

What is your trade term?

We use FOB trade term.

How will you deliver my goods to me?

Basically, we only process the production of the goods you ordered until they are ready to ship. You can use your own freight company. If you do not have your own freight, we can help using our cargo company partner to send goods to your address. Either by air, sea, or land cargo.

How many items can be loaded in one cargo container?

Basically we don’t specify the maximum number of items to load into one container. However, based on the minimum order quantity per item we have set, one container can load maximum up to 5 items per container. The quantity of each item can be vary. Please discuss with us for more details.

How long does it take for the goods to be delivered after I make a payment?

The length of the production time varies from one product to another. Depending on the level of complexity of its constructions and the quantity. But in general, the production process of about two 40 feet high-cube containers, mostly completed in the fastest time of two or three weeks.

How long for the goods to arrive at my address?

There are many factors can affect the delivery time of your goods. For detailed information, you can ask to the freight company you trust.
